Find A Roommate
STC has taken the work out of finding a roommate. Potential renters can pick out the apartment they're interested in, and post a free ad on stcinvestments.com seeking out roommates. To keep out junk, these free ads expire in 2 weeks if they are not renewed by the seeker.
Online Rent Payment
To make paying rent easier, a student can go online and enter their debit card information on STC's secure payment page. The payer's email address is automatically included in an email each month to remind them of their upcoming due date, though they can unsubscribe at any time.
Photos, Maps, and Details!
STC Investments wanted to make as much information about their properties available online as possible. It's easy to post multiple photos on each listing – and many of their listings have 5 or more photos. A Google Map embedded right on the web site tells prospective renters where to find the place. If Google Maps doesn't understand the address, STC's staff can manually move the marker in the administrative area we've created.
