Markert Rentals
The home page gets right to the point with apartments and a search form.
Markert Rentals has apartments in multiple locations. We created a web site that caters to WIU students seeking a place, while creating a separate section of the site for apartments in two other communities.
View a Map
This web site utilizes Google Maps to show prospective renters where the apartment is located. Instead of linking to Google Maps, they are kept on the web site, with the map embedded right on the page. This lets them add even more accuracy over your average online map. If the pointer doesn't show up in the right place for a certain property, they can enter the exact coordinates and make sure the pointer is in just the right spot.
Online Renter Application
Instead of worrying about paper and mail, tentative tenants can fill out an interest form with basic information right over the web. From there, all it takes is a phone call to get the rest of the information if a credit check is needed. It takes the application process and makes it a one-day process even if the renter lives hundreds of miles away.
One-Time Data Entry
When an apartment is taken by a renter, the listing isn't deleted, it is merely hidden. All of the photos and details remain on the web site, waiting for the next time the property is available. Information never has to be entered twice.
