Now Service Comes Standard

When you include the CME Service Plan in your computer service, you can relax. We take over where the manufacturer's warranty leaves off giving you more complete support.

Local Six Days a Week Coverage

Our standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8-5 and Saturday 9-2. We are open six days a week. Take your computer to any of our locations for service, regardless of which store you purchased from. The service plan includes convenient in-store service through the term of your plan.

Extends Manufacturer’s Warranty

While many computer systems come with a short period of free hardware support, most do not cover you against many of the problems you may experience with your PC. Viruses, spyware, windows errors, software problems and more – could leave you totally helpless otherwise.

Virus Removal

NO COST VIRUS REMOVAL. Viruses are frustrating – that's why the CME Service Plan covers them. During your service coverage, we will remove the virus and fix anything that the virus caused..

Parts and Labor

Although the CME service plan only covers labor charges, we work alongside your existing hardware warranty, when available, to get any replacement parts available from the manufacturer (at the manufacturer’s discretion).

Routine Maintenance

Preventive maintenance keeps your product performing like new for the duration of the CME Service Plan. You are encouraged to drop your pc off every six months for no-cost routine maintenance.

Normal Wear and Tear

We cover normal wear and tear as part of our CME Service Plan, protecting you from the decline in performance that can come from everyday use.

Restore To Factory Condition

A common request is to simply "restore the computer back to the way it was when it came out of the box". This gets rid of any junk (from the Internet or everyday use) on your machine, slowing it down or preventing it from running at full capacity. The CME Service Plan covers this service at no charge to you during the length of your plan.

Product Service Plan Extension

One year of term extension is available at the conclusion of the initial CME Service Plan. Renew your CME service plan by calling 1-877-736-6839.

Manufacturer hardware warranty must be valid for any hardware to be replaced. On-site service, phone support, remote assistance, hardware/parts, storm damage, abuse, neglect, accidental physical damage and items not purchased from CME at the time that the covered PC was purchased (must be included on same receipt) are not covered by this plan. This plan in no way replaces, serves or substitutes as a warranty or guarantee. By accepting this service, you give CME permission to represent you when contacting technical support to obtain parts used to repair your pc through your manufacturers hardware warranty.
